FACT: While is true that some people have severe mental illnesses and work with counselors to manage symptoms, counselors also help others work through everyday problems like relationship issues, sadness, grief, and career transitions.

Group therapy is a unique way to work on personal issues and receive additional support. Beginning in July 2016, we will be offering these services to children and adults.
